How fast can I lose weight a week if I don't eat?
I'm 17 and I weigh like 320-ish pounds. I need to lose weight as fast as I can so, how much weight can I lose a week if I don't eat, except maybe slimmints and exercise on my elliptical?
PLease don't post answers like "eat healthy and exercise" and stuff like that. I've been there and done that and it doesn't work for me. Yeah I probably lost weight but I end up gaining it back PLUS more. I want to do this and I need as much support as I can, but I need to know how much weight I could lose a week.

Ok, I took him to the dr. they did some blood tests and all came back negative, they did blood cell counts, arthritis and a few others (those were the main concerns), they all came back negative so I was excited and tried to brush it off, BUT, he is still losing weight, always tired, still getting frequent fevers (atleast twice a week), looks sickly, bags under eyes. Tonight he could barely walk cause his tummy hurt, I just don't know what to do. My gut is telling me to have him tested further that something else is wrong...what should I do??? Had anyone experienced this with their child? Im lost, I don't know what to do!?!? Any advice would be appreciated!!
Yes, I took him to his pediatrician for the visit and had the blood work done.
Skatin'...the reason for the arthritis test was because he also has joint pain and she wanted to rule that out...sorry forgot to add that symptom...
Thanks all, I will call his dr. tomorrow for a follow up and see what she says we should do. I am all for second opinions, i knew something was wrong with my 3 yr old when he was 3 months old and his dr (at that time) literally told me i was crazy, i switched dr's and she sent him for a CT scan and sure enough he has what is called dandy walker, so if I feel i need to switch dr's or get another opinion, you better believe i will...thanks again to everyone that answered! I am going with my gut, a mothers gut is nothin' to mess with, haha :)...thanks again.

need help losing weight...?
I'm trying to lose 10 kg, only started trying to lose weight a week ago, and so far haven't lose -any- weight. I started doing 30 minutes walking and 30 minutes cycling every day, and also eating healthier and drinking more water. So yeah, just looking for some advice and useful suggestions to help out. Not too desperate to slim down heaps, just want those pants to fit better LOL

How do you put your foot down on suspected competition between families?
Everything seems to be a competition between my mother in law and her three daugthers (no father) and my husband, me and my daughter. Examples:
1. My mother in law "coincidentally" tried losing weight a week after I gave birth. She knew I had a talk with my husband about my weight.
2. She comes to my house, looks around, goes home and buys things for her house that are similiar. She never had an area rug and never cared about furniture, etc. Now she kept our entertainment center that we had stored there because she liked it so much, and bought an area rug, coffee table, lamps, etc.
3. She calls to "update" our family on her job status and her salary.
4.In a convo. with other family, they asked my hubby and me if we were having more babies. I said I wasn't sure. My MIL interrupted and said, "i don't think so, one is enough." She has 4 kids, and I feel like she's competing over who's the better parent.
I don't even know if she's aware of how competitive she is.
It even goes as far as vacations- who takes a better one- who brings back the most gifts and $$ spent... etc.
It gets on my nerves but I don't know how to be proper and address it without feeding into it.

she is either 5'1 5'2 or 5'3 and i dont know what she weighs,she is 11 and 3 months old.
