It is funny how I have often thought of this myself on many occasions, what if I could just fast every other day and then eat normally every other day? You see, my biggest bugaboo with diets are the fact that you have to radically change the way you love to eat to a way you absolutely hate to eat. So you tolerate this new hateful way of eating because you are losing weight.
The truth is that even if you can gut it out until you have achieved your weight goals, what then? Keep eating this rotten hateful way the rest of your life? I think not. So there you go sliding back to your old fat self-sigh! This is definitely not a good lose weight diet plan. A good lose weight diet plan would some how let you eat the way you love and still you'd lose weight. That is why I was thinking of an eat every other day diet, lose weight diet plan!

Yes, I still had to work at it, exercise and stay committed and all that stuff, but all that stuff was much easier on the EODD lose weight diet plan. Sure the EODD lose weight diet plan my not be for you and some other lose weight diet plan is, but I would check the EODD lose weight diet plan out at least since there is a 60 day money back guarantee. How much am I supposed to weigh?
I'm a girl. I am 4'11 (1,50 m), and 12,2 years old. I'm using my sister's account, by the way. I weigh 106 pounds (48 kg) and I think I'm kinda fat. I don't gain weight easily, I gained 1 kg (something like 2 pounds) eating stuff that I really like (example: bubble gum ice cream with marshmallow on top), and as much as I wanted. How can I lose weight? Diets don't really help, I've tried them before, but I can't get out of the house because my parents work and I'm alone here, and I can't leave without their permission, and someone going with me. I don't have any machines here like treadmills or anything, either.So,

According to my BMI, I'm OBESE?
I'm 6'4", 290 and desperate to lose weight and get thin fast. A lot of people say I really don't look all that bad, it's just my chest and stomach that make me look big. I'm so damn tall that if I were 5 foot I'd be a sumo wrestler. I love to eat and sit on my a s s. It's not artificial, it's natural. I just have a lazy personality, and I can't really help it much. My BMI is 35.3, which is obese. I hate being fat, and I've always been fat. My BMI was 40.1, but I grew a lot and lost a little weight since then. I did weigh 300 and I was 6'1", and I guess that's pretty good. How exactly do I lose weight? Diet pills? My friend gave me some and they work really good, but they are expensive. I heard water works good. I drank a lot of water and I shed like 5 pounds off. But then I started drinking pop/soda and I just love pop/soda, it's addicting and I can't stand a day without it or I'll just snap. I drink a lot of it too in general, but today for some reason I didn't. I drank maybe two or three, I don't really remember. I need help, big time. What is something to replace pop/soda? What is the BEST diet plan? Something that a 15 year old guy will stick to? Thanks!

I'm really trying to lose weight! Diet help?
So, I mainly eat light/no fat yogurt and maybe a fruit for breakfast and either a sandwich or salad for lunch. For dinner I have chicken with corn and peas, and a serving of cottage cheese. Up until now, I haven't been exercising much. I just bought a jump rope, to help boost my weight loss. I haven't really been loosing weight though. I am 5'6 and weigh 173-177. My BMI is 29. I'm overweight, and hate it. Any tips, please? I eat, at most, 1000 calories a day.
