Lose Weight Exercise - Exercise Using Turbulence Training
A weight loss plan helps you develop your weight loss goals and it also helps you stay focused on what you are trying to accomplish. One major component of your plan should include an exercise element, because you will not achieve success with your diet to lose weight without it. If you really want to know how to lose weight - exercise is the key.
Although it is nice to hear that exercise is an important part of a weight loss plan, you may be wondering exactly why that is. For your body to lose weight, you must see a reduction in your calorie intake. The amount of calories that you need to reduce, in order to lose weight, will all depend on your current weight and your hopeful weight loss goal. Unfortunately, this is where many individuals automatically assume that they can't eat three meals a day and many actually just stop eating. This is not only dangerous to your health, but it can be deadly.
Instead of reducing your calorie intake by solely limiting the amount of foods that you eat, you can use exercise to your advantage. By exercising, you burn off calories. These are calories in which your body can use to help you lose weight. If you have a specific weight loss goal, like one that involves losing at least twenty pounds, you may want to focus on fun exercises or workouts, but also ones that burn the most calories. Adding exercise to your weight loss plan is a natural and a healthy way to lose weight.
Since it is important to incorporate a exercise routine into your weight loss plan, you may be wondering how you can go about doing so. In all honestly, there are an unlimited number of ways that you can go about using exercise to help you lose weight. For starters, you can buy a collection, even just a small collection, of exercise equipment. Exercise equipment can include items such as exercise balls, weights, a treadmill, a stair climber, and so forth. Even if you have limited financial resources, you should be able to find a number of exercise equipment pieces that are within your budget.

Am I just being a hypochondriac?
Ok so here goes I'll try to keep it simple ... I've been dealing with bloating issues for years, had an endoscopy, upper GI, abdominal ultrasound, pelvic ultrasound, blood tests, all were FINE. Now here I am trying to lose weight & exercise but the bloating is getting in the way and now I'm noticing that when it does bloat the left side seems to be a tad bigger than the right ... now I had the ultrasound done less than 3 months ago and that checked my liver, spleen, kidneys, gallbladder, etc and it came back fine. Should I be worried about this slight difference in size between my right and left side bloating?
I'm 28 yr old, female, 5'3', 138lbs ... no family history of anything major ... Thanks :)

I've been losing weight, exercising, and eating right...why am I ganing fat in my stomach and face?
I'm 14, girl, 5' 6 and 1/2"
breakfast: fruit/ cereal/ oatmeal
lunch: whatever is at school (I don't choose the unhealthy stuff such as: pizza, chips, soft drinks, or anything)
dinner: fruit salad/ very rarely...rice with veggies/ EVEN less rare...fish
I eat a lot of fruit for dinner- is that a problem? Not like...buckets of fruit, but maybe 2-4 servings for dinner if I don't eat anything else besides my fruit salad...
I exercise at least an hour and a half everyday (biking/ running)
I've lost about 3 lbs
I don't have any professional fat pincher thing, but just by using fingers and looking in the mirror, I can tell that I've been gaining fat around my stomach and face...ideas?
