do you think getting enough sleep helps with weight loss?
my sister told me that everything is related to sleep.
sickness, immunity, obseity..everything.
which makes good sense, i suppose.
when i was younger i always got a lot of sleep and i was very thin.
when i entered puberty i started to lose a lot of sleep and put on the normal teenager weight.
now i usually get about 4-5 1/2 hours of sleep.
is that horrible? :/
