  • Bring both knees forward so your hips are at a 90 degree angle. Straighten your top leg out in front of you while maintaining the 90 degree hip placement. Lift the top leg slowly up about three feet off the ground and then lower.




  • Straighten both legs so your body is in a straight line. Tilt your hips forward slightly. Lift your top leg about three feet off the ground then lower.




  • Put your top leg out in front of you on the ground. Move your bottom leg forward slightly. Lift the bottom leg 8-12 inches off the ground and down.




  • Repeat all three exercises on the other side.



On your elbows and knees, do 10 repetitions of each of the following exercises:



  • Extend one leg straight back with your toe on the ground. Lift that leg up to the ceiling and then back down. Switch legs.




  • Lift your knee off the floor. Extend that same heel back and up so that your leg is pointing toward the ceiling and then bring the knee back into you. Switch legs.



From a standing position, do 10 repetitions of the following exercises:



  • Start with your feet together. Step out in front of you in a lunge position. Touch the ground with the opposite hand. Come back up and step to the starting position. Switch legs.




  • Put one foot on a step or prop that is 12-18 inches high. Slowly step up and down with the other foot. Switch legs.



You can increase the intensity of this workout by going through it more than once or increasing the amount of repetitions.

lose weight in 1-2 weeks?
im not overweight, but would like to lose some weight to get in shape for volleyball season. I would like to lose 10-20 lbs. i do not eat carbs, i drink tons of water, i get about a half hour of exercise per day. I am always chewing gum and singing. is singing good for you? lol. any tips on losing weight fast? exercise routines? and on beating dessert cravings?

Obese teenager I need help?
I overheard my parents talking my mom had bought me some new clothes and she was showing them to my dad. All of a sudden he said " why that one that'll make her look pregnant" i felt so hurt by it and yet they don't think i know. I'm so angry that i cry with anger. Were going on a family vacation in october and i want to prove to especially my dad that i can lose weight. I'm living in the United Kingdom. and i'm now a UK size 16 when i go shopping with friends or my parents i breath in so i fit into a smaller size. My mother also boasts to me that she fits into smaller sizes than her daughter, she'll buy clothes that are far too small for me which really puts me down in the dumps cause she can fit into them. Even people i know bully me. People look at me in the mall and i can hear them saying " Aww what a shame she'll not get nice clothes for teens she'll have to wear large women's clothes" it just hurts me so much. And yet i go behind my moms back and buy magic knickers i think there called to make my tummy slim down !! . I just get intimidated buy other people cause i'm so big. Can anyone give me sites on how to lose weight fast. Exercises, daily meals. I don't want to buy slimming tablets i just want to do it on my own and prove to the people i'm surrounded in that i can lose a lot of weight and look good

I want to lose weight fast...! Any ideas what I can do? Help?
I'm really trying to lose weight fast....exercise isn't working anymore. I'm 25..5'3..125lbs (probably a little more after thanksgiving in all). I want to get down to 115 or so...it's kinda of a bet I have with my husband...he's gonna lose some lbs too.
