13 year old girl losing weight fast for summer!?
hi,
im 13, and i feel really uncorfortable with my body,
espcially when going to the beach in a bikini.
please dont tell me im too thin, i only want to loose
2-5 kilos and ill stop there.
i weigh approx 46kg and am 153cm tall.
i used to be an elite gymnast so all my fat
is in muscle which is weird because my upper
body is thin but my low is fat with muscle.

Why do people wait until one month before summer to lose weight?
Really, I am sick of seeing the 'How can I lose weight FAST for summer!?!?!?' Really, you knew you needed to lose weight long before summer so now you want to be unhealthy and lose weight fast when you could have started January 1st or better yet YEARS ago and done it the right way? Why do you think people do things like that?
It just mind boggles me because it stresses you out even more to give yourself one month to lose 20 pounds, that is unrealistic and healthy. I agree dieting is hard and summer is a motivator, if it wasn't gyms wouldn't have so many sign ups right before summer, which in turn they up their prices because they know saps like to wait until April or May to sign up. If looking good really meant a lot to you and being healthy is important you should take a better step towards getting to your goal, not make your body work 40x harder because you were too lazy to start sooner.

It does effect me because I have to see those questions all day, really people have bigger problems then when to tell people to start exercising and stop eating so much crap.
I see tips on how to exercise helpful, I see when people ask for helpful diet plans helpful, I see when people are looking for just some general good ideas of how to just be healthy helpful, there are much better questions being asked that go unanswered because people are clogging up the front page with moronic questions like 'am I fat' and 'how to lose 30 pounds by june, need help!?' it is the same as 'am I pregnant?' they are a waste of my time as well as other peoples so don't tell me that they don't effect me.
