So im 17 years old and im in wrestling. im on the boys team because there aren't enough girls to make a girls team. i have a tournament coming up soonish (there's one this saturday but i fractured my coccyx a while back ago so i don't know if I'll wrestle this saturday, because it has been hurting) i will for sure be wrestling the monday after this saturday. so last year my weight was 135, but of course i gained weight during the summer. now im at 150 and my height is 5 feet 3 inches. i would really like to get to 135 again (and then for CIF hopefully i can get down to 120). i understand that losing weight very fast is really bad, but i kinda need to make weight. and i know its my fault for eating so much this summer. i understand that. BUT CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!! this is my senior year, and second year in wrestling. I would like to wrestle at a weight that i am familiar with! not 150!!! cus then i would be wrestling at 152s. I am in desperate need of help. a workout plan and meal plan would be very helpful!! please and thank you!!!!
