Keep track of calories, fats, and sugars. Since every gram of fat contains 9 calories, and every carbohydrate gram has 4 calories, it's pretty easy to see why keeping the fats down is so important.

Just by eating 1 gram of carbohydrates instead of every gram of fat, you'd save 250 calories a day! That assumes 50 grams of fat per day, which anyone who eats fast food gets. Next, aim to cut your fat grams daily in half. So, if you're eating 50 a day, keep it below 25. Additional, reduce your total number of daily calories by 10% (hint: if you follow my advice with the grams of fat, this might happen automatically).

After a week, repeat the process until you are eating between 1500 and 200 calories a day and taking in 10 grams or less of fat (no trans fat at all though!) Not only will you start to lose weight, you will be amazed at how energized you feel once you make this change.

The next step in how to lose weight fast free is to burn more calories each day. Now, there are all kinds of crazy formulas to figure this out, but I'm a simple person: do more than you're doing. Easy enough, right? Start off with small changes, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking up the escalator, etc. Do standing pushups against a wall if you can't do really ones, and try to tense your abdominal muscles as often as you can. It sounds silly, but you will start to see results. Not, I know that this sounds like a little bit of work, but compared to some of the diets out there (the cabbage soup diet, really?) I don't think it's that bad.

Besides, the more you put into it the faster you'll lose the weight. Plus, if you were wondering how to lose weight fast free this method is perfect. Not only do you not have to spend money, you'll probably save money by buying less fatty processed foods or going to get fast food anymore. Enjoy losing the weight!

How can you lose weight? Fast? Free?
