I'm 5'4" and 110-115lbs. I fluctuate majorly. You might say thats the "norm" for my weight, but, my body doesn't look all that normal, my stomach sticks out and my thighs rub together, i'm pretty much a cow. Whats the best way for me to lose weight, don't tell me to eat healthily or whatever. I don't care if it's healthy, something i can hide from my parents, and something quick. I eat about 400 calories on a good day, 600-800 on a bad day. if i binge.. up to 1000 calories. [i know i'm pathetic.]
