You need to change that meaning of pleasure towards foods to a different meaning for vitality and health and giving gifts to your body of nutritional food that will heal the body from all the chemicals and preservatives you put in it.


I'm not saying GO GREEN! but what i'm saying is just treat your body with the respect, like don't go and eat a box of pizza.

i recommend you to set a daily exercise routine, at least 15 minutes of brisk walk or doing a sport that you love until you can get to 45 minutes to an hour while feeding your body with nutritional meals that will help construct muscle and eliminate fat.


Because your problem is that your over-fat not over-weight, you can go on any fad starvation diet which all it does eliminates muscle mass and water. Sure you may weigh less on the scale but your still "Over-Fat"


And for those who just start working out and go on the treadmill and get off it almost passing out, my friend your not doing anything. Your working out anaerobically. Which means your burning glucose not fat, since your forcing your body under this extreme pressure, your body actually retains the fat.

lose weight fast, tricks? HELP!!?
im planning on losing 100 pounds. trust me, for my body that wouldn't be unhealthy. I am 5'11" and weigh roughly around 300 lbs. i want to weight at most 200. Ive tried diets before but lose will power so fast. I know allll about eating healthy and portions and a balanced diet and exercise. So I don't need any explanations on that. But I was just wondering if eating 500 calories a day would be super bad? I know im supposed to have like 1,000 but would i lose weight faster? Also, are there any tricks to loosing the first 10 or so pounds faster? Just to stay motivated. Please help!!

i moved to a new school. i finally made some friends. the 2 girls i talk to in algebra 2, and really nice and really pretty! one of the girls (Krystal) mentioned to the other girl (Kaite) that they should go panty shopping together. then she looked at me and said i should come too! i was so excited to be a part of there convos and personal life. i made real friends! but the thing is. i'm over weight. and the 2 girls are WICKED skinny! plus, its panty shopping! i'm not looking for a lose weight fast trick, cause im already working on losing weight. but... how do i become confident while shopping with them?
