I need tips on losing weight, FAST!?
So, i'm 14, and in my opinion im fat. Well, not fat. Chubby. People always tell me that i'll slim down after i've had my period for awhile, and ive had it for over a year or so. I always feel like people are staring at my stomach, and calling me fat behind my back. I wanna be able to wear tight shirts, cropped shirts, bikini's and feel confident. It's February, and i'm willing to do anything as long as i lose weight, by summer. And, make my tummy fat go away. I can't exactly get a gym membership or anything like that because im only 14, and dont have a car yet. :p I feel like it's having an impact on my dating life too. I feel like guys see me, and are like, oh she's pretty, but then they see my stomach, and are totally turned off. So if ANY of you have tips on what i should and shouldnt be eating, just basiclly any tips at all. Please and thank you <3

I am overweight and i wanna look good for my high school graduation for next year, I wanna start a daily routine so for breakfast, lunch, and dinner i would be drinking slim fast and i will have no sugar, snacks, fast-food ( although my family might eat it in my face but thats their choice ) so if i do that and walk alittle everyday would it be ok? and would it help me lose alot of weight?

How the heck can I lose weight!!!?
I am now frustrated, Its been about 6 days and I got this eliptical thingy, (150 dollars) and I have not lost a pound! I am serious about losing weight, I am 14 and weigh 178 pounds! I look chubby at the most. I do have stretch marks around my nipps and legs. This is what pisses me off the most, stretch marks. I hate them. and 178 pounds at 14 years old! OMG, this gets on my nerves, I get teased, ALL of the time. Will stretch marks ever go away? And How can I lose weight FAST, I am tired of getting teased, and very tired of being over weight. Help! Want to lose weight!?
I'm a 28 year old woman who is about forty pounds over weight. not a lot compared to some maybe. but enough for me that i want to lose it. i've lost 30 pounds already by treadmill and calorie counting. that took me about six months. but with my hectic life with a full time job (AT A CONEVIENT STORE) and four kids, its hard to keep on track. i'm not looking for an easy way out. i know real weight loss takes hard work and time. i don't want pills or drink this and lose weight fast kinda deal. i was wondering if anyone knew of a website, book, or just anything that will guide me or help keep me going and stay on track. or even encouragement of your own success stores. anything will be appreciated. thanks.
