How can I lose weight (fat) and gain muscle quickly whilst I have spare time around the house?
I would like to burn weight and gain muscle quickly whilst I have spare time around the house as I have a lot of coursework to do nowadays and I can't find enough time to go to the gym. Also, I have no gym equipment whatsoever so using household items if needed is an option.

My right thigh is fatter/bigger than the left....?
Hi there, Any idea why this is? Presently I am doing the hCG diet and am losing weight/fat/inches (20.5"/52.1cm in almost 6 weeks :)) but I have noticed that my right thigh is about 3.5 inches bigger than the left at the back below the bum. The back left thigh is smooth and flatter going down to the back of the knee but the right is fattier and more blob like almost like the bum is extended down and ends closer to the back of the knee on that leg. Do you think this has to do with the fact that I drive a manual car at all? - thinking that the left leg is being used with the clutch so it is like resistance work whenever I drive.... I am right handed FYI. Please only answer if you have something to add to the conversation, not if you just want to call names or be rude. Thanks a bunch! babybeast: but it isn't muscle. It is much more fatty eg lumpy :( .... i thought the left one was leaner perhaps because I drive a manual car therefore my left leg is being used more when I change gears???

I am a 15 year old female.. 5'1" and 100 lbs... I am trying to lose the fat in my thighs and upper arms and even some belly fat, i.e, I wanna get toned... I've lost around 25 lbs in 6 months... I've reduced my sugar and simple carb intake... I don't drink anything else except water and green tea... I've not been exercising as I had injured my foot... I am gonna start exercising tomorrow for 30 minutes on the elliptical daily... And I'll be eating 5-6 small meals everyday... For example... Breakfast: Oatmeal, Morning snack: Low fat yogurt, Lunch: Fruit salad & nuts, Evening snack: Granola bar, Dinner: Veggies with boiled egg whites... Do you think this will help me lose weight/fat and get fit..? I wanna get toned by my next birthday which is in May.. What do you think..?? Thanks in advance.. :)
