Okay. I want to lose wight. I weigh 170(I'm freaking huge!) I want to at least lose 10 pounds. I want to do this as healthy as possible. My height is 5"2' and I'm 15. So please give me tips on how to lose weight healthy. I also want to be tan but I never tanned before so please give me some tips on that too. I also want a new make-up style. Am I on track to lose weight?
I am 16 yrs old and am over weight. I really want to be healthier and look better so I started a journal writing down everything I eat and it has helped a lot! I try to stay at about 1400 calories a day and no more. I also drink tons of water to flush out my body. I usually eat a piece of whole grain toast for breakfast with peanut butter, for lunch a turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato and mustard with a veggie on the side like broccoli or carrots. For dinner I usually have a salad with some veggies and light italian dressing. For workouts I do 20 mins of cardio in the morning and then go jogging at night. I only have been able to do 10 mins but I hope tonight I can try a little farther. I really want to lose weight healthy. I also do a lot of outside activities like play badmittion with my mom, ride my horses, mow 2 acres with a push mower. Do you think that I can lose weight with what I'm doing?

i need to find a drastic way to lose weight. healthy or not.?
at this point i dont care if its healthy or not. i excersise a couple hours every day and still look the same. maybe i need to take one of the 5% of diet pills that do work, i need something that will help. at least get me on the track i want to be on so i can have a fresh start. dont give me some bull shit answer about how i should do it the healthy way just tell me something i can do thats drastic, and NOT starving myself.

Depressed over weight?
I've tried a lot of things to lose weight. -Healthy diets e.g 1500 - 1800 calories a day, drinking plenty of water and exercising. -Different diet plans -Going to a dietitian & psychologist -Diet pills Then unhealthy things e.g -Starving myself -Making myself sick -Skipping meals -Too much exercise I cry and self harm over it and can't seem to lose any at all! Any ideas?!
