Okay so i gained 20 pounds since i last saw my girlfriend. We have a long distance relationship. Im going to see her again in 4 weeks and so far this is my workout plan. It may not seem like much but its winter and freezing, so going outside doesnt seem healthy to work out in without getting sick. Okay here it is: 1. I wake up and do 20 push ups and sit ups 2. I then have a small bowl of cheerios. 3. I go for a 20 min jog on my treadmill 4. I have lunch: sandwhich with just 3 pieces of turkey and tomato and lettuce. I dont put any condiments on it. I eat the sandwhich with a fruit too. 5. To satisfy my hunger before dinner, i may have another fruit or lowfat yogurt. 6. I eat dinner: mainly chicken, rice and a salad. 7. I do another set of push ups and situps before i go to bed.
