Im 15 and 6 foot 1, I have been eating about 700-800 calories and burning roughly 350 cal. will i lose weight. In 5 days i have gone from 204 to 198.2, and I am hoping that it keeps going down and I can keep it down.

Love Handles? gag. & Exercise ball questions?
So. this might sound weird but what is a workout that can specifically target the ELIMINATION of love handles? i just don't understand why they are there. i am friends with a girl that weighs probably 95 lbs, shes around 5ft and she still has little ones.
I have the suckers, and i myself am not overweight. at least i dont think i am, i'm between 5'3-5'4 and weigh around 133. I'm happy with everything except them, why are they there?
