Hi i just had a baby 5 months ago so of course i got alittle babyfat but i was wondering is the soup diet any good? If not what's good easy food to make I don't want to do the meal diets or nothing like (grilled chicken with greens on the side and stuff) I just want to do like a fast diet something easy to make! 17 year old girl, lose weight in a month.. help..?
Hello.. I am going to be 17 this october. I am currently about 147 pounds. I am 5'5". I feel fat, I don't care if this weight isn't technically considered "overweight". But I am a high schooler and feel bigger than all of my friends. Today is August 10... I want to lose about 10 pounds, or more, by September 17 which is the night of my school's homecoming dance. This is a little over a month. I just really need to lose the weight to look good in a dress.. How could I do this?
