"Huh? Isn't that common sense? Can you tell me something new?" you are probably asking me right now.
Fine, I concede that that statement is common sense, so let me ask you something back. If everyone knows it, then why is it that there are so many overweight people who have tried so many methods to lose weight with numerous weight loss programs failed in getting rid of their flabby tummy and extra body fat?
Even if some of them were successful and managed to shed a few pounds, they cannot seem to keep the weight off for long and soon, the weight that they have lost will all come back to haunt them. Are you one of them? If so, do you want to know why?
The reason why the weight that they loss came back because most people go for quick fixed weight loss solutions. People prefer the no pain and hassle free methods to lose weight such as taking slimming pills, going on fad diets, using muscle stimulators and any contraptions that promise fast weight loss and muscle toning.
The cliché "No pain no gain" is also common sense, don't you agree? And yet people are still falling into the lure of these temporary weight loss advertisements because they are promised that they can lose weight naturally without having to undergo extensive weight loss programs. People will naturally try to avoid pain and try to take short cuts.

Eat healthily. Eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism revving in high gear throughout the day. Drink more plain water instead of soft drinks and sugar laden coffee or tea. Just keep in mind that the amount of calories you eat must be less than what you will use for energy. Simply doing this will help your body burn calories from body fat instead of from the food you consume.

Vegetarians / Vegans, what do you think of Apidexin?
I know that diet pills are not the best way to go. I understand the risks that are involved and the potential of regaining all the weight you lose. The problem is, I don't think my body will lose weight without them. I have been working hard (very hard) and in 4 weeks lost about 3 lbs. After a minor slip up in my good habits I gained 5 back. I do make sure to get in about 45 minutes of activity 4 to 5 days a week. I try my best to keep calories around 1500 a day. I am a vegetarian who consumes little to no dairy and definitely no eggs. I eat mainly organic foods and have a well balanced diet that includes a sufficient amount of protein, fruits, veggies, and whole grains.
The problem is, about 3 years ago I went on a diet pill (Solo Slim) that made me lose weight fast with no changes to my diet and no exercise. As soon as I stopped that pill, I gained back all the weight I lost and then some (40 lbs in 4 months). Since then, I have had no luck losing weight naturally - regardless of diet or the gym.
So, I know that diet pills are stupid. From experience I definitely know that. But I am desperate and quite honestly depressed about my weight and the fact that my efforts have gotten me nowhere. I have the Apidexin diet pills. I've read that they are some of the best in regards to safety and long term results, so I am hoping that they will just help me get the ball rolling.
My question is, "Has anyone taken these pills? What were your results?" My goal is to take them until I get to my goal weight, then slowly ween myself off of them (last time I quit abruptly), while incorporating more exercise and a stricter diet.
I am disappointed that after having such a pure diet and lifestyle (organic, mostly vegan, lots of water, and a good amount of exercise) I am going to end up taking diet pills again - but I just don't know any other way to do it.
Also, this pill has a vegetable gelatin capsule - it's not an animal gelatin.
Where did you find information that says this pill is tested on animals? The only thing I found was that the capsules are vegetable gelatin. It did not say that it was tested on animals. Please provide me a link or source.

How come ive become fat so suddenly ? Can i become skinny again ?
i used to be obese in high school but as i got into college, the hectic lifestyle and study load got me super duper skinny, i had to stay in hostel where i had to look after myself and juggle the difficult university subjects, my frens back home failed to recognise me as i metamorphosized from a chubby short fat nerdy kid to a ultra skinny, well chiselled tall gorgeous girl. .
I loved the compliments but i never ever made any actibe effort to stay thin, i lost weight naturally and kept it off. . So people who got to know me later, know me as the naturally skinny girl. . Moreover i have a tiny frame and tiny bones. . Its like i was never meant to be fat
i used to eat whatever i wanted, i would never gain an ounce. . It was like my metabolism had suddenly boomeranged sky high. . And habituated since childhood, i was a heavy eater and specially gorged on all the bad foods like junk, pastries, fries. . Id not gain so i was happy. . I stayed that way for about 3 years. . I will be 22 this dec and this one month, i have suddenly gained a lot of weight. . My eating habits are normal, just that am having exams and no classes. .
My 21 inch waist has vanished and my body feels so spongy, even my face looks fat. . I am feeling so scared that i will go back to that fat obese kid i used to be in school whom everyone made fun of. .
I am so scared, feel like crying, my happiness was so short lasting or what ?
