I'm 14, need to lose little weight FAST?
Hey, I weight around 140 and am 5'4( not to bad, but I don't exactly have a 6pack) and wanna' get down to around 135-130, maybe even 125( pool party on June 5th) As of today I'm begining to work out again( run on treadmill for about 3min then walk 3min then run 3min again about 2times a day). My diet is either a bowl of cereal or nothing for breakfast, 2eggs for lunch and no dinner, no snacks and ONLY water. Please no crap about not eating enough, and how eating less won't do any good because I've tryed only 100calories-200calories a day and lost weight, be honest please. If anyone can suggest better work out or a better diet to lose weight( not a health diet, a lose weight quick diet) please say so. I know I only have a little time but I think I can manage in 5-10pounds. Thank you and please respond.

why do some people look so sickly after losing weight?
because I seen my older sister the other day and she look a little droopy in the face, and she lost some weight I don't know what she did to lose weight but she looked so sick, so I asked her are you feeling alright and she says yea I feel alright.
