Fasting for spiritual reasons and weight loss?
I want to lose weight, I'm just about 200 and I'd like to lose weight quickly and decided to try a water and protein drink fast; if I do this for maybe 2 weeks, about how much weight generally would I lose while also working out daily? Please don't get the wrong idea, this is not out of spite or resent towards myself, it's just something I'd like to try, not to mention I'm also very spiritual and would like to try control and things like that.

Is my calorie deficit too low?
I just started a diet and excercise routine. I am 23 years old and about 400lbs. I put myself on a 1025 calorie diet. Cut out chips,cookies,soda,fast food, etc. I'm burning at least 1000 at the gym. i am a 22 year old mother of 4 for the past week i have been giving myself a strict diet and so far in just one week ive lost 3lbs, i was reading up on it over google and it was saying do not lose weight quickly n excess belly skin then it was saying 20 year old skin will bounce back quicker then 50 year old skin, i dont know what to think about it, i want to lose 100 by the middle of june and i can do that so far so good but now this excess belly skin thing worries me, i have health issues just being 22 i cant imagine how many i would have if i maintain this weight, hopefully someone here is able to give me a few pointers i mean not to say that i would listen to someone telling me not to lose so much weight i have to reguardless if i wanted to or not i just more or less want to know the ins and outs of losing weight quickly, thanks for reading :)
