Im 15 and Im 158 cm tall and around 62 kg's. Well, Im fat =( I eat around no more then 700 calories per day... a tad too much.. and i get full to easily though i have to eat more because i get forced too. Yet I gain weight very easily. I've been gaining weight real easily since i was a kid, even before i eat way more then this. I got flabs in my tummy, and i really want to get it out.. any good excersize?
