Losing weight really quick?
I've been losing a lot of weight since 7 months ago, so it hasn't been "sudden". Seven months ago I started eating healthy. Whole grain, vegetables, fruits, and vitamins were really all I had. I haven't eaten fried or any fast food. I eat meat every third day of the week. I hardly ever exercise because I have schoolwork/ or am at school. I eat breakfast and dinner. No lunch because Im working, but even though thats only like 4 hours after breakfast. Im 5'3 and Im almost going under 100 pounds.. I know this is underweight but I don't even LOOK that skinny, I mean I look normal skinny. Im not anorexic, I know this, obviously. I eat healthy, but I don't exercise. So, my question is WHY am I losing so much weight when I don't exercise so much? I eat a lot sometimes, but still the next time Im back to my normal weight.. then it gets lower. Do you think Im just losing my muscles from not exercising? Im really worried and Im a teenager by the way. Please comment.

My daughter is obsessed for losing weight. I think she said she wanted to lose pounds so that she could look better when she'll go to middle school which is like 4-5 days. She's 11 and is currently trying the 3 day diet. So far she lost has not lost a pound. What kind of method is easier and good for someone who is 11, weights 137, is 5 foot tall and is desperate to lose weight really quick. I told her even if you lose 10 pounds, you'll look very good. She can walk with me for how long? She can make smaller meals and is willing to try hard. We are planning to restart the 3 day diet so We also need some more help. How much weight in five days?
First off I'm 5'2, 130 pounds, if I eat no more than 300 calories a day can I lose five pounds in three days? I don't normally do this I just need to lose weight really quick for something later in the week so I don't need to hear about how unhealthy it is.
