I am 15 and a half stone. How many hours could i walk every day to lose weight safely?
I am 15 and a half stone and i live in an area with a mile or so of very steep hills. I want to walk everyday and lose 5 and a half stone by first of all walking as i am too unfit to jog or run but i want to avoid an operation on my stomach that happens when a person loses too much wait too quickly.
