I'm 15 and 140 pounds at 5'3, my friends say i'm fine, but i know i'm overweight, i mostly dislike my thighs. I have been eating extremely healthy for a month and cut out all pop and sugary foods from my diet and exercising at least 4 times a week. I haven't lost a pound. Any tips for me?

Okay. I am having a lot of problems losing weight. I want to have less of a stomach and less hips. I just had my daughter in December which was about 7 months ago. People tell me that I shouldn't worry about it because I had a C-section with her, but it has been 7 months now, and I'm starting to become very depressed about it. I am 19 years old, 5'3", and I weigh about 160-165. I have tried to eat right but it isn't doing anything. Also, I do not have the money to go and buy any kind of exercise equipment or videos. And everyone knows that sit-ups do not work.... I still get asked to this day if I'm currently pregnant and I feel embarrassed,huge & depressed. My sister-in-law just had her baby a month ago and she looks fantastic... Like she has never given birth/been pregnant.. So I know it can be done... But she didn't do a thing.. Just sat around. I hate feeling this way and my husband is getting tired of me calling myself fat everyday. Someone please help me. D:

Well, I really need some helpful tips on losing weight. I need motivation, really need it. Isn?t it true that it?s easier to lose weight while you?re young? I only nineteen, I?m a female; I weigh like 230- 240 something. I go to the doctor regular. I?m 5?4 most of my weight is carry in my stomach and my arms. (To me) I want to lose weight to feel better about myself. I love fashion; I work at a retail store. I wear a size eighteen in pants / jeans and like a xl to a 3x depends who make it . Mostly an 1x.. Anyway.. I know my problems about me not losing weight , That I don?t eat three times a day. I mostly eat once a day. I don?t like junk food or snacks I crave sweets once in a while but I love steak, pasta, potatoes and rice. I tried eating three times a day and drink flavor water? I hate water ;/ Unless I?m in need of something to drink ? I?m addicted to Starbucks , and tea. And I also tried in whole grain cereal with 2% milk every day. I don?t eat cereal unless I force myself. What are some exercise I can at home ? Any supplements vitamins Ican take ? Is water can really help me ? Eating three times a day ? Weights? Workouts? Anything !
