If you think this is a fad diet, your wrong. Women have been using this diet plan to lose weight 3 days later since the mid 80's. The best part is that the diet consists of completely natural ingredients. That's right girls no more weight loss pills and shakes.

The three day diet plan works to increase your metabolism by combining certain foods that will make a chemical reaction in your digestive system. The chemicals produced then speed up your metabolism. This makes your body burn more fat and calories then normally. After only three days on the diet you will then go back to eating a normal healthy diet. Make sure that you don't overeat or indulge in fatty foods. You should lose weight 3 days after you start the diet, and continue to do so as long as you eat right. The average weight loss is up to 10 pounds. The trick is to use the diet. go off for a few days, then continue with it again until you reach your goal.

If you are going to need to continue with the diet for a while, you can always add new foods for a change of pace as long as they are healthy and contain the same calorie intake. How do you lose weight 3 days in, with the three day diet. To start with you need to drink 4 glasses of water a day. Feel free to add as much lemon juice, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, or Worcestershire sauce as you want. You will need to follow the menu plan that is listed below for the full three days. Day One of the Three Day Diet

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

Lunch

1/2 Cup of Tuna 1 slice toast Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water 1 banana 1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

Dinner

2 beef franks or hot dogs 1/2 cup carrots 1 banana 1 cup broccoli or cabbage 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

Day Two of the Three Day Diet

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water 1 egg (any style) 1/2 Grapefruit or juice 1 slice of toast

Lunch

1 hard boiled egg 1 slice toast Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

Dinner

3 oz. any lean meat 1 cup green beans 1 cup carrots 1 cup vanilla ice cream 1 medium apple Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

Day Three of the Three Day Diet

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water 5 regular saltine crackers 1 oz. (slice) cheddar cheese 1 apple

Lunch

1 cup cottage cheese or tuna 5 saltine crackers Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

Dinner

1 cup tuna 1 cup carrots 1 cup cauliflower 1 cup melon 1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
