Need help with weight loss ! please help.?
Im 16, I weigh 50 kg (110 pounds) Im 5.0 and i try and consume under 700 cals a day. I power walk for 1 hour 4 times a week and the things that i do eat are healthy and low in cals. And yet I am still exactly the same? How can i loss weight faster ! it's so frustrating working so hard for no results. What am i doing wrong. And please dont tell me to consume more calories. I know that im not over or underweight and i sound the right size for my age. But I have a lot of excess fat that doesn't need to be there. Im trying to focus more on my thighs and stomach. And also. How to lose weight fast and healthy?!?
