Need to lose weight fast..please help!?
:Okay so I need to lose 8 pounds by Feb 17th - it is Feb 2nd. What is the fastest way to do this? I go to the gym twice a week..sometimes three...burn about 300 calories on the elliptical and then do some strength workouts...abs and lowerback. I eat roughly 900 calories a day. Right now I weight 126 am trying to get down to at least 118. I'm 5'2"

not eating never hungry losing weight fast? HELP?
so the past few weeks i haven't been hungry and don't eat my mom makes me witch is weird before i never stopped eating and in less then a week i lost more then 10lb so please help not sure what to do and im 17 if that helps with your answer please and thank you?

Advice/Plans/Encouragement !?
Planning on going through the ''life change''
Live reallllllly far from a gym, bought a treadmill and a weight set. Planning on walking/running everyday , 30 minutes starting , then increasing the amount each week. Also weight training , not everyday thoe , probably 4 times a week , 5th day I don't do weight training , just walking/running on the treadmill. Also planning on wearing a sweater while running ? I don't know , I just seem more comfortable wearing it while running. Some people tell me its good/ and bad to wear while running. Cause I'll just lose ''water weight'' but then gain it right back after I start drinking water. Also heard sweating alot is good for the skin , so maybe a sweater is good to wear while running and sweating so much ? I well obviously be hydrated , I have a water bottle with me at all times, drinking it while before/during/after I'm done walking/running. Also wondering what other exercises I should do ?
Planning on only drinking water , orange juice , and Ice tea.
Cutting off Soda , everything else that's not needed. No cheating until my goal has been reached , to the point were it'll become a regular thing on a day-to-day basis if you get what I mean.
I'm mentally ready , excited! , and determined.

what is wrong with me?
i been walking for past 5 days trying to lose weight
my bf and mom have been doing this since sunday
we all have been eating right. but when we weight in they lose so much weight and
i havent lost a pound. im weighting 150. i only drink water. i walk and jog more then they do. i wear jackets so i can sweat more. and bag on my stomach but its not working.
i cut eating everyting and its getting me mad..
how can i lose weight faster if am already doing everything on the book??
