How can you lose weight fast?
I need to lose weight fast. The faster, the better.I do lots of sports, the food is the problem. Any tips?
This is a typical weekday for me:
Get up around 6:20am.
School from 8:30am to 3:15pm.
Work for a few hours (usually 6 to 8 hours) and I'm standing up, walking and lifting things at work.
If I don't work I have hockey for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When I have time I go running for 40 minutes to an hour.
I workout a gym for an hour a few times a week (boxe and muay thai)
I walk a lot because it's my main way of getting around.
In my spare time, I do art and music and go on the computer.
