Need To Lose Weight

My friend is starving herself because she wants to lose weight- how will this EXTREME DIET affect her?
My friend is being really dumb and thinks she needs to lose weight. She is actually very fit and beautiful. She's a 15 year old girl, and only weighs like 130 pounds, which isn't a lot for someone who is 5'7. She is a very competitive athlete, perfect in school, and now she thinks she needs to lose weight. So what she is doing is running for 40 minutes to burn 350 calories, and then doing an hour on the elliptical to burn 850 calories. I watched her do it today, and she is insane! She told me she is trying to stay under 300 calories, and will only eat a small salad during dinner and thats it. She told me she plans to do this until she loses 15 pounds... What will happen if she keeps doing this. She is starting to look pale like she is going to pass out, even though she only started yesterday! I don't intend to sound mean or anything, I am just concerned. I am 5'5 and 120 pounds which is not much less than her. And she is taller and has more muscle! I just don't get what she thinks!

PLEASE HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT!?
Ok so hey i'm Kat i'm 13 and i need to lose weight! Every time I ask one of these question thingys none of the answers are helpful they're all just: be happy with how you look! and you're young who cares and it's nice and all but not helpful once so ever. So here's the deal i'm 4' 11" and weigh 96 pounds i know that that's with in normal range but i keep gaining weight i was 89 at the beginning of the school year and i keep gaining weight so please help me!!! I just got invited to a birthday party in exactly one month, and just my luck it's a pool party with like every kid in my grade. All of the weight I've been gaining has gone to my stomach and i look disgusting PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

how can i lose 20 pounds at home with no special crap?

Need to lose weight. Have motivation, but it's not working?
I've done everything I can think of to motivate myself. I look in the mirror all the time and always hate what I see. I made a huge list of reasons why I need to lose weight and they were good reasons too. I made a list of what would happen if I dont lose weight and another one for what will happen when I do. I've looked at pictures of skinny beautiful people, I've bought a dress to wear thats a couple sizes small, I look at fat pictures of myself. I had a buddy and I even made bets with my brotherthat I could do it to push myself. The problem is that these motivations work for 2 days max and then it fades away. Right now when I think about losing weight my mind goes blank when I look in the mirror I feel absolutely nothing (good or bad). I don't know what else to do...in going insane right now. any advice or good motivational techniques? I don't want to be fat anymore!
