Nutrition/Weight Loss/College Student/Help!^_^?
Here's the skinny(haha). I'm living on campus this summer, since I got a couple of decent summer jobs. I'm saving up money to get a better computer, as well as have a little extra money for when school starts up again. So, I don't have a lot of money to spend on healthy meals. I'm also trying to lose about 15 pounds, mainly off my thighs and flubbery upper arms. I get lots of exercise, since one of my jobs involves me walking around the entire campus 3 times a week to clean off posterboards(fun...). Does anyone know of any healty meals I can make that don't cost a lot of money to get the ingredients for? BTW, I don't live close to a grocery store, so fruits and veggies are an occasional treat for me. I could get frozen stuff, but how healthy is it?

hello, I have to take next week off from work but I don't have any plans yet. What I would love to do is attend a nutrition/weight loss/exercise camp or retreat that lasts one week. I love learning about how the body works for nutrition/weight loss (how calories are burned, how muscle is increases, how food is turned into glucose, how nutrients effect the body, exercise effecting the body, metabolism, weigh training, etc., etc.). I want to become get certified as a personal trainer. But I also want to go to school for something on the side. I wanted to study to be a registered dietician, but I heard they don't make much at all. Any other ideas of paths I can follow? Thanks.
