Anyone need an online weight-loss buddy?
My name is Shelley and I'm looking for an online weight loss buddy. You know, someone to be like a pen-pal. We can e-mail back and forth to make sure we keep each other on track. These kinds of things are always easier with a buddy(: My weight-loss background: I'm 5'2 and 135 pounds. I was recently VERY sick. I went from working out 3 hrs. a day, to staying in bed all day, everyday for 4 whole months! I used to be 113 pounds and definitely had abs...now, thanks to my illness I've gain alot of weight. Is there anyone interested in online weight-loss buddys?
I'm very determined to lose weight and I found that I needed a little motivation from someone so it's a bit like being pen-pals. We can email back and forth to keep us each on track and report back on how we did that day. These things are much easier with someone who is just as determined! Some background: Currently I weight a disappointing 140lbs and I really am looking to lose about 30lbs through working out, a low and calorie controlled diet, Cha de Burge capsules and general good eating. How to lose 2 or 3 pounds a week-SAFELY?
In February I started an online weight loss program.*To see episodes go to http://www.clickorlando.com/getfitclub/index.html I do full body workouts including cardio 3 times a week for an hour and a half. I do just cardio twice a week by doing 3 miles of interval training on the treadmill. I workout twice on some days. I am eating healthy. No fried fried foods, etc. I consume about 2,100-2,250 calories a day and I only drink water. I started the program at 281lbs and now I am 263lbs. I am 5'7 tall. Any suggestions on ways I can lose at least 2lbs a week. I haven't been losing 2lbs a week because I got lazy with my diet, but I am back on track now.
