how long will this take?????!!!?
ok so i have 20 pounds, this is the hard weight cuz i've already lost the initial 5-10 pounds of quick water weight and have gone through a plateu, so i've started getting on the exercise bike(started yesterday) for an hour at 6 am, an hour at 1 pm, and an hour at 8 pm...that is 3 hours and i've calculated each hour you burn about 750-800 calories.... at this rate how long will it take me to lose this weight???!?!! i'm so desperate!!! !!!!!! also if you have any more quick quick weight loss tips i would appreciate it sooooooooooooooooOoOoOoO much!!! plzzz help!! thank you!!!
