I currently weigh 173 and am 5'8", and my routine is to run 3 miles every day or other day on a treadmill to lose weight. What Im looking for is a good routine that can be weight lifting or any other exercise to tighten my muscles up. I have this girl that I've been talking to. I've been putting her off and not wanting to hangout with her because I don't think she will like the weight I'm at. I went through a lot of depression in the past year and put on a ton of weight. I started working out and really trying to lose weight at the beginning of September. My starting weight was 266, I'm now 219. I've lost 47 lbs. I would like to start hanging out with her in the next 3-4 weeks. I want to lose atleast 20 more lbs before even thinking about being with her. Here is my daily routine for 6 days a week. I walk a mile to loosen up, do the upper body elliptical for half an hour, do the bike machine for 3 miles, bench press, walk half a mile, and then do the lower body elliptical for an hour. I also take medicine for ADHD and it causes a decrease in my appetite. I usually consume no more than 600 calories per day. At first the weight was just pouring off of me. Sometimes 10 pounds in a week. I've noticed that since I got around 225 lbs, the weight has been much harder to lose. Anything else I can do to lose fast? Keep in mind that I want to lose 15-20lbs in the next 3-4 weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
