Tips for Quick Weight Loss.?
I have this girl that I've been talking to. I've been putting her off and not wanting to hangout with her because I don't think she will like the weight I'm at. I went through a lot of depression in the past year and put on a ton of weight. I started working out and really trying to lose weight at the beginning of September. My starting weight was 266, I'm now 219. I've lost 47 lbs. I would like to start hanging out with her in the next 3-4 weeks. I want to lose atleast 20 more lbs before even thinking about being with her. Here is my daily routine for 6 days a week. I walk a mile to loosen up, do the upper body elliptical for half an hour, do the bike machine for 3 miles, bench press, walk half a mile, and then do the lower body elliptical for an hour. I also take medicine for ADHD and it causes a decrease in my appetite. I usually consume no more than 600 calories per day. At first the weight was just pouring off of me. Sometimes 10 pounds in a week. I've noticed that since I got around 225 lbs, the weight has been much harder to lose. Anything else I can do to lose fast? Keep in mind that I want to lose 15-20lbs in the next 3-4 weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

hi, im 14, im 5' 7" and used to weigh 196 pounds, i now way 165, i want to eventually weight 130, my way way way crazy weight goal though is 120 pounds. Halloween is coming up in a week and i wanted to lose atleast 5 pounds before halloween. I used to take hydroxicut, but now i just eat less, walk, etc. if i took 2 hydroxicut pills today, 3 tomorow, 4 the day after, then keep taking 4 a day until halloween would i lose some weight. Obviously it isnt healthy (i know) but i only wanna do it for a week for some quick weight loss (yes i know i may gain it all back right after) cuz i am wearing a prom dress for halloween and my legs are very ugly, i want to look pretty around my bf, so please, just tell me, would i lose any weight? how much? where would i lose it?
