Is this healthy...?
My sister is 5'4" she weighs 175. she had a baby 19 months ago and just has not lost the baby weight. her and her husband want another baby but she wants to lose the weight first, and her husband wants her to lose weight and look like she did before baby. she weighed 130 lbs then. she had her baby by c-section. so she is doing a rapid weight loss diet plan that she made up her self. she is eating nothing but yogurt with grapenuts cereal in it and drinking lots of milk and water and doing a work out tape for abs and buns and also walking. is this healthy? can she eat nothing but yogurt and grapenuts? she is wanting to do this for a week. i told her it may not be good for her and she is insisting on doing it. is there another rapid weight loss plan that she can do that would be healthier? she is 22 and her baby is 19 months old she wants to start trying when he is 2

u kno when u just WANT TO EAT, and then u eat (alot) and feel so horrible & fat aftrwards?
So for example, today: I had eaten 80% of my reccomended daily calories for the day by say 2:30....(most of these were from unhealthy roasted sugary nuts) i already felt like a fatty then of course i was forced to eat dinner and was pushed over my caloric limit for the day but then i got hungry so i ate about 3/4 of a carton of plain vegan cream cheese ---now i am WAY over my caloric limit for the day--- now i feel SO gross and fat and like i want to go on some crazy rapid weight loss diet to make me feel better about my self i also always say that "tomorrow, i will cut calories and do better" but i never do i havnt gained weight yet, but i have a feeling it will sneak up on me BASICALLY, what i really need is TIPS ON FEELING BETTER ABOUT MYSELF! please please please help me THANKS!!!!
