Leg raise

The stability ball is an effective training device for the abs and lower back. Due to the curve of the exercise ball, the lower abdominal muscles get trained better on account of the greater range of motion.



Bicycle

Plank



For this exercise program, you need to position yourself for a pushup and hold the pose. Ensure that your body is in one long, straight line from head to toes.



Captains chair



This abs exercise involves standing on a gym chair and gripping the handholds. Press your back against the head pad and slowly lift your knees towards your chest. The back must remain straight.

Will this diet plan make me lose weight?
I eat Breakfast- Boiled egg and apple Lunch- Half a prawn sandwich (6 small prawns) Dinner- Veges and fish When i snack i snack on almonds and water crackers and I DRINK LOTS of green tea combined with a 50 minute powerwalk, 30 minute walk after dinner and 30 minute stomach exercises Will this work?

Post pregnancy stomach exercises?
My daughter is a little over 4 months old..during my pregnancy I gained about 80 pounds..,thankfully I have lost about 75 of it..I only have around 10 more until I reach my ultimate goal weight..however, my stomach still looks a little puffy and doughy no matter how many crunches I do..are there any other stomach exercises I can do to get my belly back to being flat? I live in south Florida so it's bathing suit weather all year round here, and I would really like to wear one of my bikinis soon..thanks for any advice I really appreciate it :)

(Sorry for the long intro story, but i feel that its important to whoever will answer my questions in the end to know everything i am about to say ..) I thank everyone who will bother to read this and help me out in advance. Well .. i am 15 now and just got a month to get to 16, I started masturbating since 12 and i used to masturbate ALLOT! Like sometimes 5 times a day, i was really addicted to it. Well i kept trying to stop doing that because i had some unbelievable pain in my lower back between the age of 13-14, and when i used to stop for a week or so, i used to feel way better and almost as if there was nothing. Then i never used to do push ups or jog or something like that (no exercises at all), now suddenly i started doing all those and many other stomach exercises jumping ones (because i play basketball), so i have to also keep up my stamina so i have to jog with my friends (we have a coach who leads us all the way) So all of my friends jog as if its nothing, but i get fucked up with my knees and always need rest to keep going, but when i don't masturbate for like 4 days, i can jog with them (clearly shows ME that it has something with the waste of sperm), and i also feel as if the back pain is almost vanished, but when we take some rest on the weekend from the exercises and i masturbate again 4 times during those 2 days (4 times a day, so that's 8 times during 2 days) and i go back after that, i feel as if my legs are fucking broke and my back can't hold me, now even when i just press on the bottom part of my lower back, it pains allot, and again when i stop wasting my sperm for a few days, it goes away ... So now my questions are: 1-Does wasting sperm (masturbating) cause lower back pain & some pain in the knee? 2-Masturbating has something to do with your stamina? 3-Since i waste allot of sperm, which type of food exactly can regain it for me? 4-Which type of vegetables or maybe fruits or exercises or whatever can make my back stronger? (because i really feel dead).
