Stomach fat is pain in the butt, plain and simple. A lot of people struggle with losing weight every day. Usually they have tried numerous diets, workout routines, tapes, and videos, bought books, gym memberships, personal training, and infomercial gadgets just left a hole in your wallet. This is what I encounter everyday with my new clients coming to me to help them lose the weight. So what I am going to do is give you my simple steps to start losing the stomach fat once and for all so you don't have to keep spending money on a solution.

First you need to get your diet in check. If your diet is not in check, then all the exercise in the world is not going to do you any good. Throw out all the junk food in your house. This is your first step. If the junk food is not in the house, then you are not going to eat it, plain and simple. The next thing to do is go to the grocery store and stock up on healthy goodies such as fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, and protein sources.

You're going to be eating 5 to 6 small meals a day consisting of protein, veggies, healthy fats, and fruit. The protein sources can be eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, fish, tuna, lean red meat or pork. The healthy fats can be olive oil or fish oil and the fat contained within the protein source.

With each meal, you will have a piece of fruit. I don't care what type, just one serving. This can be bananas, berries, apples, oranges, peaches, etc. For veggies, I am going to say eat as much as you want. Veggies have tons of fiber with very little carb content.


So there you have it, a very simple fat loss diet that is extremely successful and has been for all of my clients. Just try it because you won't be disappointed.

stomach fat/weight loss tips?
Ok, so I am a freshman in college this year. I have gained a little weight, and I want to get rid of a couple inches on my stomach. Whats the best way to get a flat stomach? I have been trying to do some cardio a couple times a week, and I have also been trying to eat a little bit healthier too, but it's not really working. What else can I do? Any tips on how to eat better? Pretty much my only source of food is our cafeteria, so how do I manage with that? What is ok to eat/drink? How much should I excerise and what excerises should I be doing? All I want to do is get a flatter stomach. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

First things first, I am NOT nor ever will be anorexic. I am doing a term paper and my topic is about anorexia. Could ya''l please answer these questions? If a girl was 5'5" and had little muscle and weighed150lbs how long would anorexia take to get her to 115? Would she likely die before she reached her goal? If a girl was 5'1" was big boned and muscular and weighed 175-180lbs how long would it take her to get to 120-125lbs? Would she likely die before she reached her goal? What is the best way to tell if someone is anorexic other than eating habits and weight loss? How much weight does the average anorexic lose in 2 weeks? Since anorexics usually lose muscle and water weight first, how long would it take to notice a flatter stomach(fat weight loss)? Are there other indicators of why people would become anorexic other than feeling obese? What is worse bulemia or anorexia?
