(this will not hurt you if done once in a while, in fact, I was told by two Doctors, that it's good for you). Eat 6 more oz of beef and 6 small tomatoes. And of course, as much of the soup as you can manage. 6th day: 4 large bananas and 16 oz of milk - and stuff the soup down! 7th day: Congrats! You should be at minimum of 10lbs lighter now. And you have enough energy to run a marathon, don't you? Hard, wasn't it? Ease back into eating and you won't gain much back, maybe a lb or two, if you watch it. Eat heartily of all the green veggies you want and have 1 cup of brown rice. Ease back on the soup (you're probably sick of it anywayz) Good luck to you!"
