At a "Healthy" Weight of 150 lbs at 5'10, Will Just Eating A Healthy, 1500 Calorie Diet Bring me to 130 lbs
Oh, and I do 30 minutes cardio 3x a week. If I do this, will it help me continuously lose weight or would I have to go on a radical, long-term diet to get down to 130 lbs? I know 150 lbs is an acceptable BMI for my height, but I still feel bulky and overweight. I'm not trying to get "stick thin" - 130 is the absolute lowest I want to go. If I just follow the healthy weight-loss lifestyle, will I actually LOSE the weight or will my body refuse since it's not overweight to begin with? This is when I begin to think I may have to cut back many more calories or exercise a lot more to get my body to finally go past its "comfort zone".

Relacore/Zantrex3?
Has anyone tried the combination of Relacore and Zantrex3 and what was the result > I dont want to spend all that money and then not lose any weight and please dont tell me the healthy weight loss story like eat right and do exercise I really dont have the time to weigh my food or count calories I need something where I can lose weight fast and dont have to punish myself maybe you know some diet pills which really help. I want to lose 16 lbs?
First off, don't tell me the healthy weight loss per week is 1 to 2 lbs. That's not what I'm asking you for. I want to lose 16lbs in a month. I'm 14, 5ft, and 131lbs. Losing weight it pretty easy for me. I can easily not change my eating habits and just work out for 30min five times a week and lose 4lbs a week. But I want to change the way I eat this time. That part is what's going to be hard for me. Would this be okay?: eating half sandwich for lunch (around 120 to 150 calories) a slim fast for dinner (190 calories) and apple after school (60 calories) and going on the treadmill for 30min (burns 250 calories) And I left breakfast out for a reason. I don't have time in the morning. NOTE: I didn't ask if it was healthy. I could care less if it's healthy or not. All I care about it losing that 16lbs. That being said, any suggestions/advice?
