Weight lose help...........?
So, I'm going to tell you a about my body type and I would like help.
I am a female, I'm five foot, seven inches, I weigh 162 pounds at the moment. The thing is, I'm not all that fat, the most fat I have is on my stomach, thighs, I have little love handles, and a little on my neck/jaw area, not much there though. My body gains muscle very easily, and usually working out/exercising I lose fat, but I also get more muscle definition. What I'm trying to do it get my legs thinner and my stomach flatter, without getting like, to muscular looking, but just an average womanly looking body.

So today when i woke up , i looked myself at the mirror and God i was embarrassed of myself. I am so freaking fat. I have made my mind up that i am going to lose weight. The biggest problem is that i am extremely busy with my exams and hardly have time at all. The only activity i basically do outside is just playing football like twice per month. Can u guys please please give me some good advice on how to lose weight !! I want to get thin !!!

Yeah so, I'm about five feet, a little taller, 100 pounds.. I feel fat!! I feel like I'm eating soooooo much and I do go on runs and I do cheerleading for 3 hours for 2 days, and this sunday cheer camp for 8 hours. I do other sports but not in the winter. Any tips on how to lose weight and stop eating like a pig, and get more muscle!!!?? Oh and I have a gym in my house, it's small it has a weight thingy and an eliptical and I use it often. Thanks!!!!!

How to lose around 40 pounds?
During sophomore year? I'm not talking in like a month or two, I can stretch it out to maybe 5 months? Hopefully? If possible, less, but it doesn't matter.
