Advice for next year.. Please help?
So next year will be my first year at a middle school. Im going into 6th grade, thing is, everyone will have a previous year experience there.. Middle school is 6-8 and the school I went to previously was K-6. Im moved to a different city now and I need advice on middle school. I am very excited to go to a middle school but I also am nervous and not all that eager to go back to school and deal with all of the school hassle and fitting in deal, finding new friends and also, the most IMPORTANT, losing weight. I need tips to lose weight quick. I want to be skinny at my new school. I am over weight for my age. I weigh like 130 or something. I hate it and I am SO embarrased. So here is what I need advice on:

and most importantly, advice for losing lots of weight QUICKLY and HEALTHY, I have until August 28th to lose weight so please help!!!

WILL THIS WORK? Advice needed Please help !?
i wanna lose 5-6 kg in 5 weeks.
**if i ride my bike with the repetition 8 seconds fast, 12 seconds slow(as i heard it was very good for weight loss) for 30 mins 3 or 4 times a week (or should i do more?)
**on week days i work and i have 2 pieces of toast for breakfast or cornflakes and glass of juice if i have toast,, then i have a break eat nothing,, then i have lunch and eat a salad and chicken roll and mabye a small cup of soup,, then i have a break and have nothing,, and i only drink water all day at work,, and have watever is cooked for tea. (what should i have in my break if im hungry, fruit i was thinking?)
**what are some other tips to lose weight quick!! please advise me and tell me if what im doing is good or how to improve it!!
