How can I lose weight again and keep it off?
I'm 16 years old and currently in high school. I've recently been depressed alot about my weight and I want to lose about 10-15kilos.
I use to be a bulimic and and lost about 13kgs in time span of 5 months with exercise because I became obsessed with my image and it was my number one priority.
Although, a few months ago I stopped throwing up because my teeth became really bad and I just gave up on my diet, exercise etc and gained about 12kilos back and I'm just sick of this. All my hard work was for nothing and I'm back to my own weight and it's just depressing me.. and I just realized now that I'm becoming overweight.
I really need help, I have a gym membership and have had it for about 2 years but I never feel motivated enough to go any more, especially when I have no one that wants to go.
Is there any advice or tips to lose weight fast and NOT gain the weight back and without going back to my old ways?
Thanks
