i understand that healthy eating and regular exercising is the key to healthy weight loss... I UNDERSTAND!!! I DO!!! i've tried it. over and over again. health eating, counting calories, low and non-fat meals, cutting out soda, staying away from carbs. i think its time for me to hear other peoples experiences because i am no longer motivated to continue this healthy routine....someone PLEASE tell me there's a light at the end of the tunnel for me?! someone tell me their success story, or someone else's success story.....or even make it up!!! i need motivation!!!! .....thank you

loose weight fast?
Ok so i need to loose about 10 lbs in 12 days. I realize that any weight lost that fast will come back fast. I just need it gone for one day. I want to relocate to the Uk,find work,permanent residence and on to citizenship,can someone help us?

What's a good meal plan for a 16 yr old girl? :)
I'm 16 years old, 5'2 and 105 pounds. I'm not looking to lose weight considering i'm comfortable with my looks.
