Been working out a month and a half.see results liftin ability yet body fat isn't dissappearin.why is this?
Last year, I benched about 125 lbs of weight, curled about 30 lbs dumbbells, and ran in a 7:00 avg per mile. I weighed about 168-174 lbs then. Now, i have been working out for a month and half and started again. Because of my muscle meomory, I got back in shape in 3 weeks. I bench more then ever now ( about 150 lbs), curl 32.5's, and still run 7 minute miles. However, I have not lost any weight ( i am 204 lbs now and i was the same when i first started...freshmen 25 from college) I know my stuff about dieting ( I've been eating pretty healthy) and I am using the cardio/lfiting method where i slowly gain muscle while burning fat. I AM JUST SO FRUSTRATED because i still feel about three chunkfuls of fat in my stomach. I know that muscles are heavier than fat, and i need time for my body to adjust to a faster metobilism, but does anyone know any tricks to lose weight faster?

Anyone know of a great trick to losing weight fast, and keeping it off?
I eat very healthy, exercise, go to yoga classes, and I am very happy with the 7 pounds I have lost so far. Do you know of a good trick (other than diet pills and crash diets) to lose weight fast? I am NOT anorexic. I weigh over 170 pounds and I am 5'9"... I believe I need to ose 10 more lbs for my age and height... Anything except a crash diet and pills will do. Thanks again in advance!!! what are some good tips and tricks to lose weight fast?
i'm not fat but my stomach isnt as flat as i would like it to be. are there any good cleansing programs that arent too expensive? cayloo i never said there was anything with curves. i have a very curvy body, and i'm fine with that, i actually like it. i dont think there is anything wrong with wanting to have a flat stomach, or to keep in shape. i'm not one of those girls who is going to go to all the extremes to try and loose those few extra pounds. i'm trying to do it in a healthier way.
