i have started to do indoor cycling everyday for 30minutes, as i dont really like running or swimming. i know cycling is good for your bum and legs, but is it also good for losing tummy fat?? thanks in advance for your answers. xx

Has anyone experienced tummy weight loss after having Paragard removed? (Answers: 1) (Comments: 0)
I had my Paragard inserted about a little over a year ago. In the beginning everything was fine but I have gradually gained over 10 pounds and am still gaining. I was always a consistent 120 or less since losing the weight from my babies until having Paragard inserted. The odd thing is the only place I have gained weight is in my abdomen. I now have a spare tire and my belly bulges out over the top of my jeans. I have not changed my eating habits (I eat healthy) and have been working out the same as always (even more cardio than ever to try and lose the belly). I have heard that several other people that have had Paragard have had this same problem and of course people are going to respond that there are no hormones so Paragard can't cause weight gain. I don't know if it's the body's reaction to having a foreign substance in the uterus but I know my weight gain is caused by Paragard. Has anyone had it removed and noticed the weight that they gained come off?

hi my mom is 45 and she has a really really big belly she looks like she's pregnant with twins but there's no baby were sure now she has anemia so she cant take diet pills plus tats the only part of the body tat is big she's normal everywhere else she doesn't eat much she eats ok and she has anemia so she cant really exercise tat much she has difficulty doing tat cuz her body hurts and she cant breath right but now her big tummy is a problem plz help me ..tell me how i can help her make that tummy go flat
