Hi im 14 and in eighth grade. And I weight like 110 and my height is 5 foot 1in. I HATE my body, Im not really that fat But i am chunky. is 1 hour dairy on a stationary bike enough?
I'm a 13 year old kid who weighs 200lb. I'm really worried about how i look right now. i looking for the fastest way to lose weight but i dont really like any sport, so my mom got a stationary bike a few days ago. i been doing 30 minutes a day, but today i increased to 1 hour and 30 minutes a day. i usually use from resistance 4 to resistance 6, but i think its not enough. i go from 10mph -15mph. I really wanna lose weight fast. i am freaking tired of people making fun of my because of being fat. im eating 700 calories a day and not starving, whenever im hungry i eat some apples. Please help
