Losing Weight (please answer) <3?
okay, i weight 220 lbs last time i visited the doctors. i want to lose 100 lbs and im planning on following this plan: -Breakfast: 250 calories -Lunch: 440 calories -Dinner:360 calories for exercise im planning: -arm lifts (5 lbs) -AB Circle (10mins) -25-50 sit ups/crunches -25-50 leg raises I really want to lose weight quick but i know 100 lbs would take awhile...no one can tell i weight 220 but i can tell, and i want to lose it asap. will this diet plan work? if there are any easy methods to lose weight fast w/o anything stupid, please let me know. (btw, i know i can follow the diet plan and exercises i planned. im following them now.) give me any helpful advice/good food/exercise tips! :P please answer!!! :) Thank You!

I am 18, 5'10 and weigh 255 lbs. I want to lose weight kinda fast..but don't know how..?
I don't get any exercise and I eat a lot and drink a lot of soda, i'm actually addicted to it. I wish I could get down to at least 190lbs. What would happen if i ate only 100-200 calories a day for a week? how much weight would i lose a day?
okay, so i weigh in the 160-175 range. i am a girl. and i know that this is too drastic, but i want to lose weight, fast...so i am eating only fruits and vegtables, and drinking only water and tea. my diet totals up to 136-140 calorie range, and i am trying this diet for a week. i want to know how much weight i would lose if i only ate 100 to 200 calories a day. i know that this isn't the smartest thing to do... but shut up, because i already know that i just want to lose weight quick. and i just wanna know how much i would lose by the time the week is over. thankyou.

Anorexic or Not??!!!?
I'm a guy who is obese im 5'7 and weight 195-197 right now. Since late Januruary I went to a low calorie diet. I was consuming about 1300-1400 calories a day, and exercising in the school gym in the morning and night. I've lost about 25 pounds since late Januruary, but my friend thinks I might have an eating disorder because last month i was going through some family issues and I lost focused. I go to school from 8am- 2:30 pm and i live about an hour and half away from my school. So i wake up at 5AM to make breakfast and then i leave. So she came with the conclusion that i was purposly avoiding easting and skipping lunch to "Lose weight". I admit i was not consuming the right amount with calories but i did not do it because I wanted to lose weight quicker, it was the combination of school and family issues and me not waking up early to prepare a lunch (i dont buy lunch at school because everything is over priced). I would always eat breakfast and dinner, and sometimes i would have a bigger dinner because of the fact that i missed lunch. This has been bugging me, I just want to hear other peoples opinion. I just feel that i need to make time to prepare lunch. Oh btw I dont want to get really thin i just want to get to 275 or 185, and then tone up. BTW i used to weight about 220lbs an i did it for my health cause diabetes is common in my family. Also sometimes especially during school week I would only eat breakfast cause i would forget to make lunch or did not make time to make it, and I would eat dinner. With breakfast and dinner ,andsnacks the total calories would be around 1000 calories. So i tried to eat more snacks so I could consume more calories.
