i need some motivation!?
ok so im 16 and weight like 190 because of doing sports growin up and right now i do shotput, most of me is muscle but now i caant rly find the energy to do anything to help me lose weight i really want to lose weight and i keep thinkin but i can never get myself to do aomething im a lazy fuckk i want something that can give me the energy i drink alot of water, not much pop/alcohol and i get like 7/8 hours of sleep i need something !

How do I get my calories on a Paleo diet?
I don't want to lose weight but since I started the paleo diet I really can't get more than 1500 calories a day. I used to eat about 2500 and I was always at perfect weight. But how do I keep getting those calories? Because it's not healthy to eat fish everyday. Neither is it healthy to eat too many nuts and peanut butter. So if I want to keep everything in moderation, I just can't get enough calories. Oh and I don't eat meat apart from fish

I think I have an eating disorder ?
Okay so, I'm 13 years old, and lately I've been losing quit a bit of weight. About 2-3 months ago I weighed almost 140 pounds. I was overweight for my age and height and I wanted to lose weight. So I stopped eating a lot. Now a couple months later I weigh about 115 pounds. And I feel guilty when I eat so I only eat about once a day. Which is dinner. I've felt so guilty I've considered making myself throw up after I eat. My friends have showed concern, and I''m concerned also. But I'm not sure if I do have an eating disorder or not because sometimes I eat a lot at a time. So please answer and tell me what you think. Thanks!(:

good workout and diet ?
Im 17 years old and I want to lose weight to be more fit. Im not fat but I want to get in shape and lose at least 20lbs in 2 months (i have a deadline to meet). Can anyone tell me what sorts of workouts I could do and how to improve my diet (realistically, Im not going to eat salads everyday). How can I improve my workout at home?
Pretty much I just want to lose weight and lean down. I go to judo twice a week and we have a fitness class the other three days a week. I go to these every opportunity I have but I work retail and cant always make it. So any time I miss a class I work out at home. Its always the same but its not very long. I start by running .6 miles (at this time that's all i can do because I live in a very hilly neighborhood and I have to push myself to get to the end as it is) then I finish with three sets of 10 sit ups, left and right side oblique crunches, lying leg lifts, push up and dips. Getting a flat stomach is my goal, I have been doing this three weeks and people say I look skinnier but it is definitely not going fast enough for me. Any suggestions?
