Water Weight Loss - How doest it work?
Eating diet pills is one of the well-know weight loss way in which people believe that can loose their weight without doing any exercises. There are many false belief for these diet pills. For instance, many celebrities claim that they can decrease their weight a lot in just three days. Some are backed by scientific test. At the end, we still do not know which fact is true. In this essay, I would like to clarify this myth and try to understand that why diet pills work in some case.
Before going further, let's examine how we can loose our weight. One sure thing that we know which we have tried several times is losing fat in our body. This type of weight losing is hard because it needs a lot of discipline from you such as you have to go to gym. You must not eat meal that has a lot of fat such as candies and french fries.
The second one is water weight loss. There are 70% of water in your body. The trick is if you can loose just only 10% of these water you can lose weight pretty fast. This is the reason behind that fast losing weight you can get with previously mentioned diet pills.
The problem with this water weight loss method is water itself. Water is very important in the process of producing energy for our body. It require in all aspect of body to function correctly. If you lose your water too fast, it will become hazardous for your body. You will lose necessary energy that help you work all day.
Another problem is water weight loss is not permanent. There are many reports from people who can reduce their weight by water weight loss pill in a few days and become fat again just a week. Because eventually you need to consume water for your survival. Your body need it and you cannot control this behavior.
Any unnatural way such as water weight loss is bad for your body. So if I need to choose my weight loss, I will go with tried-but-true method such as working out and having good meal for your body. It will take times but it will surely work at the end.

lemon & lime in warm water = weight loss?
So as you may see on other posts i have written i am trying to loose weight. A friend of my mothers told me in the morning squeeze half a fresh lemon in warm water and drink it, then in the afternoon squeeze half a lime in warm water and drink it... has anybody tried this? had sucess? thanks :)

I have 2 weeks til my 21st B-day. Fast weight loss?!?!?
I will be turning 21 in two weeks. I already exercise and eat healthy for the most part, but I want to boost my weight loss these last 2 weeks to look extra special! What should I drink that isn't horrible?
What kinds of things can I drink to help with my weight loss? I'm not talking about water, weight loss shakes, or tea. I just mean is there anything like juice I can drink that isn't high in calories and sugar?
I DO NOT want links about diet pills and diet drinks. I want ideas for low calorie juice and stuff like that.
