Can I build muscle with kettle bells like a body builder or just definition?
I do work out with kettle bells and just bought heavier kettle bells because the one I am using is too light now and too easy. I do left weights and have 15 months experience with weight lifting and body weight exercises.

I want to get stronger but stay athletic and not huge like ronnie coleman, HOW?
Im weightlifting everyday and doing running as well. I want to get really fast and strong. at the minute I'm doing a lot of different weight exercises ranging from light to heavy. If i keep this up will it make me huge and too slow to run???????? How can i get to be like ronaldo, rafael nadal, ufc fighters etc and not like ronnie coleman, arnold schwarzenegger etc

Help with losing weight/exercising?
Okay, I'm 16, 5"7 and 168lbs/12 stone. I started attempting to lose weight about 5 days ago, and so far I've only lost a pound. My routine is roughly 'drink 8 glasses of water a day, porridge in mornings, yoghurt, fruit, etc.' and then whatever my parents make for dinner, which they're trying to make healthy. My main problem is exercising - since it's winter and it's practically constant rain, I don't really want to have to jog around the block or walk to school in this weather, and I haven't got a gym membership yet, so I wanted ideas that will burn a lot of calories.. without actually using equipment or going outside. So far I've been doing 50 sit ups in the morning and 50 at night, and 100 jumping jacks.. because I am completely out of ideas to do in my own house. So if anyone has any ideas that could help, by all means, share! Thanks in advance. :-)

Why to I get sore for so long after a heavy workout?
My muscles stay sore for 5-7 days with delayed onset muscle soreness. I eat good and rest good. I am 24 years old and I am in good shape (not an athlete though). I only do 1-2 sets, mostly compound and body weight exercises.

breakfast: 3 eggs snack: strawberries ( about 150 calories) lunch: turkey on whole wheat (230 calories total), raw carrots snack: banana dinner: steamed broccoli with steamed fish water all day is this too many calories to lose weight? exercise: cna (so active at my job) for 8 hr shifts 3 times a week, and 4 hr shifts 3 times a week, plus some stationary bike during free time. maybe 20 minute intervals 3 times a week.
