What should my meal plan be?
I'm trying to lose weight. I weight 81.6kg and standing at 1.58cm. I am starting out my workouts of 40 mins cardio daily, coupled with some yoga and weight resistance on alternate day. I know that sensible diet is important too as it does contribute main factor to the weight losing program. However, I'm totally clueless what should I eat so that I do not under or over eat. Okay, I am 20 lbs over weight. I have been eating a lot less and been eating around 1200 calories a day. I haven't seen a change in a month. I am getting married this time next year and want to lose weight. I haven't been able to start exercising yet because I threw my back out but I will start running and doing cardio this week because my back is starting to feel better. Anyhow, I am thinking about starting a weight lose program and taking supplements to help me lose the weight. Has anyone tried anything that has worked really well for them?

Need Advice! Want to lose weight before I get married. Weight lose programs, do they work?
As any bride wants to look her best before her big day. I do. I am 20 lbs over weight. I want to lose the weight and more weight. I get married around this time next year so I have time. I have been eating only 1200 calories a day for a month and haven't seen a difference. I am going to start jogging for my lunch hour. I threw my back out so I hadn't been able to exercises but I will start today. I am considering starting a weight lose program to help me lose the weight because I want to lose an additional 20 lbs( I will still be at a healthy weight considering my BMI if I lose the extra weight.) Anyhow has anyone tried any diet programs or supplements that worked?
